The landmark heritage building is a combination of historical significance and modern elegance. It offers four conference and function rooms with ample space for as many as 200 people. A garden atrium in the heart of the hotel is a regular choice for wedding planners. With seating for as many as 60, it has all the charm of a garden setting without the risk of rain. The tastefully appointed ballroom has a dedicated elevated area for the bridal table and seating for as many as 100 guests along with its own dedicated bar area and restrooms. The Norfolk Room named after the historic Norfolk pines that still stand on the property caters for receptions of up to 55 people. The stylish Toohey Theatre offers an intimate and private venue catering for a maximum of 45 guests. The Pines Restaurant with its dark wood furniture, grand bookcases and large windows is a classic wedding reception setting. With a private bar area, the restaurant seats 90. Extensive, landscaped grounds surrounding the Monte Pio offer a number of photo backdrops.
